Due to very limited user engagement we have removed the Forums section from our customer support experience. After reviewing the limited content, we concluded the vast majority of user posts would be much better off if submitted as Support Tickets. Our response time to all tickets is typically under an hour. By submitting all of your questions, suggestions, problems as a ticket you are guaranteed a prompt response!
