What is the expected response time for a support ticket?
We strive to respond to every ticket within 24 hours, and often we respond in a much shorter time.
How do I get support if I'm not located in the U.S.?
For international customers, it may be faster to contact our reseller for your region. Please see this page to locate our official reseller in your region, and they may be able to assist you faster. Otherwise, please submit a Support Ticket, and we will respond during our business hours.
